Yes. Your journal entries, reflections, and assessment results are stored on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers. When you use the AI Coach, your conversation text is processed securely but is not stored after the session. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Absolutely. The app is a complete, standalone program. While it's based on Lisa Prior's book Take Charge of Your VIEW, you don't need the book to benefit from the app. Everything you need is built into the 6-week experience.
The program is structured as a 6-week journey, with three Experiences per week. Most people spend 20-30 minutes per Experience. You can go at your own pace — faster or slower — but the weekly structure helps ideas develop naturally between sessions.
Yes. Since the full program is a non-consumable in-app purchase, you can restore it on any device signed in to the same Apple ID. Go to Settings within the app and tap "Restore Purchases."
Note: Journal entries and personal data are stored locally and will need iCloud sync enabled to transfer between devices.
The app brings Lisa Prior's Take Charge of Your VIEW (2nd Edition) to life as an interactive experience. It follows the same framework and structure, but adds interactive worksheets that save your progress, AI-powered coaching, progress tracking, and tools like text-to-speech and export that a printed book can't offer.
Troubleshooting
AI Coach not responding
Check your internet connection — the AI Coach requires an active connection to work. If you're connected and still having issues, try closing and reopening the app.
Worried about losing your journal entries?
Your data is saved locally on your device automatically. For backup across devices, enable iCloud sync in the app settings. We recommend keeping iCloud sync on for peace of mind.
Purchase not showing up
If you've purchased the full program but it's not unlocked, go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Not receiving reminders
Make sure notifications are enabled for the app in your iPhone Settings → Notifications → 6-Week Career Reset. You can customize reminder times within the app's settings.
